In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's goalkeeper Lütfi Kutlubay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10th match minute, Lirarnas Lag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Feliu to maneuver through the defense. Lirarnas Lag's attentive Luo Gang Zhan managed to snatch the ball when Mateus Salles made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. Lirarnas Lag's Rune Grep played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sal Darby in the 20th minute of play. Rune Grep came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's João Carlos Mesquita. But to his dismay, João Carlos Mesquita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 29th match minute, Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percival de Souza to maneuver through the defense. Rune Grep made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sal Darby in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's goalkeeper Lütfi Kutlubay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Hjalmar Kråk took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Lütfi Kutlubay to make any attempt to save it. Flavien Deregnaucourt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rune Grep. Lirarnas Lag's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Rune Grep successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 53 played minutes Lirarnas Lag got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Feliu. With his leg Rune Grep managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's Sal Darby fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rune Grep made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sal Darby in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Sal Darby dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rune Grep, 1-3. Lütfi Kutlubay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Pascal Bellefeuille in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lirarnas Lag's goalkeeper Rune Grep, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sal Darby in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rune Grep, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rune Grep showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sal Darby, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hjalmar Kråk in the 77th minute of play forced Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's goalkeeper Lütfi Kutlubay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
