The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Claes Siggman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claes Siggman in the 6th minute of play forced El Patriarca ®'s goalkeeper Nicklas Vennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oliver Friberger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aaron Rojelio in the 7th minute. Nicklas Vennerlund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claes Siggman went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. FF Små Gröna Män's Oliver Friberger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save FF Små Gröna Män from getting a goal against them. A collision led to El Patriarca ® getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Casimiro Erdiano hit a great ball. Aaron Rojelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicklas Vennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claes Siggman in the 23rd minute of the match. A collision led to FF Små Gröna Män getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Måns Pilgren hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, FF Små Gröna Män's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Erdiano came free, but Oliver Friberger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes of play, FF Små Gröna Män's Claes Siggman made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicklas Vennerlund was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Aaron Rojelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliver Friberger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Erdiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Nicklas Vennerlund came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by FF Små Gröna Män's Elias Vennersten. But to his dismay, Elias Vennersten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. FF Små Gröna Män's Oliver Friberger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Erdiano in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Robin Isaksson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Nicklas Vennerlund skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 54th minute of the match FF Små Gröna Män got a corner. El Patriarca ®'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valter Hedling ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led FF Små Gröna Män's Claes Siggman to fire away a dangerous shot which Nicklas Vennerlund despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Robin Isaksson came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nicklas Vennerlund could save by the left post. Robin Isaksson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nicklas Vennerlund firmly grabbed it by the left post. Joakim Hansson's late challenge caught a El Patriarca ®'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joakim Hansson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FF Små Gröna Män's Joakim Hansson got a free kick in the 65th minute. Casimiro Erdiano struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Oliver Friberger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Patriarca ®. 69 minutes into the match, FF Små Gröna Män's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Rojelio came free, but Oliver Friberger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Claes Siggman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliver Friberger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Erdiano in the 89th minute of play. FF Små Gröna Män's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
