The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. NK BRONZIN's Bernard Kufner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fjölnir Bergsson in the 4th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, NK BRONZIN's goal looked a bit too open when Fjölnir Bergsson came free, but Bernard Kufner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dolfos Abar hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. When Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the NK BRONZIN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp couldn't finish the play. Olivar Macia in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bernard Kufner, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 21 minutes, Fjölnir Bergsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Mandarina Mecánica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fjölnir Bergsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Naike Abalos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Naike Abalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karlo Radonić in the 26th minute of play. Bernard Kufner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olivar Macia in the 32nd minute. After having played for 40 minutes, Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NK BRONZIN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, La Mandarina Mecánica's Bernard Kufner threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fjölnir Bergsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Oliver Grlić kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Elias Leimann, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olivar Macia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. La Mandarina Mecánica's Luken Abad managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fran Hunjadi in the 52 minute of the game. Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernard Kufner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fjölnir Bergsson in the 58th minute of play. Fjölnir Bergsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernard Kufner having to make a save. In the 59th minute Fjölnir Bergsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Kufner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute of the match NK BRONZIN got a corner. La Mandarina Mecánica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Natko Gajski ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 63rd minute Fjölnir Bergsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Kufner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of La Mandarina Mecánica booed when NK BRONZIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fran Hunjadi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernard Kufner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fjölnir Bergsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Naike Abalos made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Florijan Posinjak sent off a good shot on target. NK BRONZIN's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Toni Gojak in the 73rd minute. After 73 played minutes NK BRONZIN got a freekick which was hit by Mirko Janeš. After some careless play in the NK BRONZIN defense, Fjölnir Bergsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernard Kufner. The NK BRONZIN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernard Kufner should have stopped the shot. Naike Abalos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karlo Radonić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute Karlo Radonić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naike Abalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Leimann in the 96th minute of play forced NK BRONZIN's goalkeeper Bernard Kufner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Many of NK BRONZIN's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. NK BRONZIN may have spent more time on the ball, but La Mandarina Mecánica were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
