The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Clóvis Reis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natko Gajski in the 4th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clóvis Reis saved Leon Sport Club from getting behind. Bernard Kufner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 15thth minute of the game João Augusto Costa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NK BRONZIN's Bernard Kufner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp got free with Clóvis Reis in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Karlo Radonić fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NK BRONZIN's protests and gave Karlo Radonić a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th play minute Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Clóvis Reis. 1-0. A collision led to Leon Sport Club getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Douglas Ferreira hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Leon Sport Club's Oswaldo Talavera got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Natko Gajski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clóvis Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karlo Radonić in the 35th minute of play. With his leg Clóvis Reis managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when NK BRONZIN's Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. NK BRONZIN's Bernard Kufner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kléberson Loureiro in the 40th minute of play. When Giovanni Massa fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leon Sport Club's protests and gave Giovanni Massa a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of NK BRONZIN booed when Leon Sport Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovanni Massa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Clóvis Reis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 46th play minutes Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Clóvis Reis and just under the crossbar into goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp to strike the kick off in the second half. If Douglas Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Vander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, NK BRONZIN's Bernard Kufner got control of the ball when Daniel Vander tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, NK BRONZIN's goal looked a bit too open when Jon Loarte came free, but Bernard Kufner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. NK BRONZIN's Bernard Kufner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save NK BRONZIN from getting a goal against them. Clóvis Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp in the 75th minute of play. Leon Sport Club's Marcel Ramos was substituted for Kléberson Loureiro. NK BRONZIN's Florijan Posinjak was substituted for Natko Gajski. NK BRONZIN's Jure Pantić was substituted for Ahmet Gündüz Acaralp. In the 78th minute of the match NK BRONZIN got a corner. Leon Sport Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Toni Gojak ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led NK BRONZIN's Florijan Posinjak to fire away a dangerous shot which Clóvis Reis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Douglas Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Kufner having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jure Pantić in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clóvis Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Jure Pantić came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the NK BRONZIN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jure Pantić couldn't finish the play. Clóvis Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jure Pantić in the 90th minute of play. NK BRONZIN were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Leon Sport Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Toni Gojak took the corner. In the 93rd match minute, NK BRONZIN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jure Pantić to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Vander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Bernard Kufner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Sport Club's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because NK BRONZIN had won, even though Leon Sport Club had held more of the ball.
