After some careless play in the Regresado defense, Costică Chiriloaie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emilio Bazkoare. The Regresado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emilio Bazkoare should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian Foretic in the 9th minute of play forced A.C. Milan's goalkeeper Costin Giugiuc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Regresado's Valentin Osorio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Costin Giugiuc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The supporters of A.C. Milan booed when Regresado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Francisco Martínez de Aldunate didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emilio Bazkoare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costică Chiriloaie in the 18th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Dumitru Zdrăilă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Bazkoare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costin Giugiuc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Herensuge went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Valentin Osorio took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Costin Giugiuc. Costin Giugiuc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Costin Giugiuc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Osorio in the 34th minute of the match. In the 40th match minute, A.C. Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radowit Lewicki to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Herensuge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Regresado were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Aurelio Mederi made the kick off in the second half. Aurelio Mederi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Bazkoare having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Costin Giugiuc successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Herensuge in the 62nd minute of play forced A.C. Milan's goalkeeper Costin Giugiuc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A.C. Milan were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Regresado's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 任南阳 took the corner. The corner led A.C. Milan's 任南阳 to fire away a dangerous shot which Emilio Bazkoare despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 70th minute, 任南阳 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, Regresado's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Mederi came free, but Emilio Bazkoare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A.C. Milan's Costin Giugiuc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save A.C. Milan from getting a goal against them. In the 80thth minute of the game Costică Chiriloaie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Regresado's Emilio Bazkoare was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Regresado's Emilio Bazkoare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costică Chiriloaie in the 82nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurelio Mederi in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emilio Bazkoare saved Regresado from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nanak Liders in the 88th minute of play forced A.C. Milan's goalkeeper Costin Giugiuc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurelio Mederi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Bazkoare having to interfere. Regresado's Freddy Velasco was substituted for Rolando Guillen. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Regresado walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
