The crowd rose to their feet as Severino Messias kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nikifor Vekov. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. The supporters of Kroton F.C. booed when JET-M was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lu Wei Zheng didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to JET-M getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Nikifor Vekov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivan Haglund in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Cirelli saved Kroton F.C. from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Nikifor Vekov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Messias in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57th minute Severino Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikifor Vekov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zhivko Shpatov kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. JET-M made a substitution. Mirolyub Radin replaced Alfredo Di Stéfano. JET-M's Ren Xi Liang was substituted for Julio Quirze. When the referee ended the match the Kroton F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
