After a defensive mix-up in SV Balverliefd's zone, Wyatt Jeffers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yorrick Zoethout came out of the goal and Wyatt Jeffers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Virgil Lindelöf kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Wyatt Jeffers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yorrick Zoethout. SV Balverliefd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wyatt Jeffers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steven Homan got free with Jeremy Blomme in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jeremy Blomme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melker Gudmundsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes in the game Rojelio Abalos did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Wyatt Jeffers. 44 minutes into the game, Nacional Potosí's Odol Abancens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yorrick Zoethout made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2.
