Nova Soccer's Maurilio Duque proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Nova Soccer from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Hjortsberga FK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Kubat Mücahit hit a great ball. Nova Soccer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jakab Boross was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Piero Quispe to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Groth in the 52nd minute of play forced Nova Soccer's goalkeeper Maurilio Duque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute, Tony Groth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurilio Duque was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 56th minute Jakab Boross shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurilio Duque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nova Soccer's Maurilio Duque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Morgan Österberg in the 58th minute of play. Hjortsberga FK's Skënder Salihaj proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Hjortsberga FK from getting a goal against them. In the 65th minute Donat Collier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Skënder Salihaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
