Spor Las Huevas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urtzi Zamorano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Halcones Azules's Mustafa Hamit Özercan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Halcones Azules from getting a goal against them.

Halcones Azules's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gonzalo Benavente was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1.
