Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Marcinho Secco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Pinheiro in the 6th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Ehrhard Bretzel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC WOUDOO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave São Francisco FC86 the free kick. In the 11th minute, Ehrhard Bretzel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute Ronaldo Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcinho Secco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute São Francisco FC86 were awarded a corner. Jorge Maltez went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led São Francisco FC86's Jorge Maltez to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcinho Secco despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mauro Castilho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marten Stallberg kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. FC WOUDOO's Marcinho Secco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Pinheiro in the 20th minute of play. With his leg Marcinho Secco managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when São Francisco FC86's Furo Rede fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Furo Rede came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the São Francisco FC86 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Furo Rede couldn't finish the play. FC WOUDOO's Marcinho Secco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save FC WOUDOO from getting a goal against them. FC WOUDOO's Marcinho Secco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Pinheiro in the 29th minute of play. Furo Rede's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcinho Secco firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 33 minutes, Emílio Águas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the São Francisco FC86 and the FC WOUDOO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Furo Redes short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Marcinho Secco to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, São Francisco FC86's Jorge Maltez got a free kick in the 40th minute. When Epifanio Marin got free in front of the goal in the 46th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Mauro Castilho was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Epifanio Marin made a kick off. A collision led to FC WOUDOO getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Marten Stallberg hit a great ball. Marcinho Secco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Furo Rede, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 65th match minute, FC WOUDOO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerlach Zischer to maneuver through the defense. Marcinho Secco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Pinheiro in the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aparício Guerreiro in the 68th minute of play forced FC WOUDOO's goalkeeper Marcinho Secco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauro Castilho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Schnorre in the 70th minute of the match. Marcinho Secco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Furo Rede, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Furo Rede fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcinho Secco having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of FC WOUDOO:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of São Francisco FC86:s goal. The referee gave São Francisco FC86 a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jorge Maltez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC WOUDOO's Marcinho Secco. 1-0. 83 minutes into the match, FC WOUDOO's goal looked a bit too open when Furo Rede came free, but Marcinho Secco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ehrhard Bretzel got free with Mauro Castilho in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute of the match São Francisco FC86 got a corner. FC WOUDOO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jorge Maltez ran over to the corner to take the kick. São Francisco FC86's Jorge Maltez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcinho Secco in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. FC WOUDOO's Marcinho Secco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Furo Rede in the 92nd minute of play. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for São Francisco FC86! The referee gave FC WOUDOO a penalty, 98 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gerlach Zischer, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of São Francisco FC86's Mauro Castilho. 1-1. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
