An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano de Toledo in the 20th minute of play forced PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Vlad Covrig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Virgílio Trigo made a precise shot to the right of Vlad Covrig. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Reko-Recko 03™ were winning 0-2.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Mai got free with Vlad Covrig in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 80 minutes into the game, Reko-Recko 03™'s Virgílio Trigo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vlad Covrig made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Reko-Recko 03™'s Amílton do Valle was substituted for Carlos Augusto Sá. The audience thought a goal was coming when Virgílio Trigo got free with Vlad Covrig in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgílio Trigo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vlad Covrig came out and tried to block the shot, but Virgílio Trigo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 88th minute. In the 93rd minute, Virgílio Trigo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Reko-Recko 03™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. A collision led to PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Lucian Şimonca hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Virgílio Trigo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vlad Covrig. That made the score 0-7 in the 98 minute of play. Reko-Recko 03™ played a much better game than PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca and deserved their victory. The PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
