In the 17th minute Fabinho Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Montini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in GG Team FC's zone, Léo Travassos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fortunato Montini came out of the goal and Léo Travassos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Encanto's Nico Tasso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Encanto from getting a goal against them. In the 24th match minute, Encanto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldinho Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dave De Bartolo in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nico Tasso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Osvaldinho Rocha hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. When Dave De Bartolo came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the GG Team FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dave De Bartolo couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave De Bartolo in the 34th minute of play forced Encanto's goalkeeper Nico Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Encanto's goal looked a bit too open when Dave De Bartolo came free, but Nico Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Stefan Cârstea replaced Bernardo Scandella. 83 minutes into the match, Hassan Marcou notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Encanto's Nico Tasso. Nico Tasso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Encanto's goalkeeper Nico Tasso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Man in the 88th minute of play forced Encanto's goalkeeper Nico Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, GG Team FC's Dino Baggio got a free kick in the 89th minute. Fortunato Montini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabinho Pernambucano in the 93rd minute of the match.
