Mathias Koole could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Nicolae Tilihoi made a huge save. Jose Ieltxu charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Ieltxu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Holtland FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Jose Ieltxu hit a great ball. Holtland FC's Baal Vanger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haydar Dizdar in the 16th minute of play. Haydar Dizdar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baal Vanger having to interfere. Baal Vanger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haydar Dizdar in the 21st minute of play. Baal Vanger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haydar Dizdar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rick Pruischer was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. Holtland FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Haydar Dizdar in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baal Vanger saved Holtland FC from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mathias Koole stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haydar Dizdar in the 56th minute of play forced Holtland FC's goalkeeper Baal Vanger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute Haydar Dizdar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baal Vanger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baal Vanger made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Aygün Mutluer sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Ali Emir Berksoy managed to get in a good position for a shot. SOFiNiN KEDiSi's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Emir Berksoy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baal Vanger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 69 minutes, Haydar Dizdar made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Holtland FC's Baal Vanger tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicolae Tilihoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mathias Koole's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Aygün Mutluer got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Haydar Dizdar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SOFiNiN KEDiSi eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
