Oğuzhan Er made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Keegan in the 2nd minute of play. In the 3rd minute, Ahmet Gökalp Ülker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oğuzhan Er showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chen Ao Fan, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. A collision led to Skövde AIK getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Filip Brolin hit a great ball. Cappadocia FC's Oğuzhan Er played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Knut Rudberg in the 11th minute of play. Viktor Pettersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Naim Ökmen in the 12th minute. Oğuzhan Er made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chen Ao Fan in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Kevin Keegan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oğuzhan Er was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chen Ao Fan in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oğuzhan Er prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Chen Ao Fan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oğuzhan Er was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Cappadocia FC defense, Filip Brolin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oğuzhan Er. The Cappadocia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oğuzhan Er should have stopped the shot. Oğuzhan Er made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chen Ao Fan in the 28th minute of play. Oğuzhan Er didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hjalmar Hägert went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 32 played minutes Skövde AIK got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Keegan. A collision led to Cappadocia FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Mecnun Eslem hit a great ball. In the 37thth minute of the game Chen Ao Fan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cappadocia FC's Oğuzhan Er was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chen Ao Fan in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oğuzhan Er saved Cappadocia FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Cappadocia FC's Sarper Cesman got a free kick in the 38th minute. Ahmet Gökalp Ülker was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 39 minutes into the match. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cappadocia FC! In the 41st minute, Kevin Keegan made a precise shot to the right of Oğuzhan Er. Cappadocia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Oğuzhan Er didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chen Ao Fan went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The wind increased when Chen Ao Fan made the kick off in the second half. Oğuzhan Er showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chen Ao Fan in the 53rd minute of the match. Mecnun Eslem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viktor Pettersson having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cappadocia FC's Mevlüt Mutlu got a free kick in the 58th minute. 59 minutes into the game, Kurt Hamrin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Oğuzhan Er was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, Skövde AIK's Oğuzhan Er threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kevin Keegan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Oğuzhan Er made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Knut Rudberg in the 64th minute of play. Kevin Keegan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Oğuzhan Er came out and tried to block the shot, but Kevin Keegan slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 65th minute. Kevin Keegan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oğuzhan Er didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 74th minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. In the 77th minute, Jerry Williams hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cappadocia FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Jerry Williams scored to the left of an out of position Oğuzhan Er, making the score, 0-12. Skövde AIK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
