Spectators: 7527 (Terracing: 5646, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cihat Cevval started the match with the kick off. Pankracy Pasterski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Heigo Luiga went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 13 minutes into the match, Stal Sanok's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Misaki came free, but Pankracy Pasterski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Cihat Cevval reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Buford Lim. The goal made the score 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Stal Sanok's zone, Tom Misaki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pankracy Pasterski came out of the goal and Tom Misaki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Misaki in the 23rd minute of play forced Stal Sanok's goalkeeper Pankracy Pasterski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Buford Lim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cui Liang Xiong in the 25th minute of play. Pankracy Pasterski came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.Independiente's Tom Misaki. But to his dismay, Tom Misaki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 36th minute, Bernardino Gonsalve hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.A.Independiente's Buford Lim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save C.A.Independiente from getting a goal against them. After having played for 41 minutes, Tom Misaki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.Independiente's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tom Misaki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Buford Lim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ari Hakanpää in the 42nd minute of play. Tom Misaki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pankracy Pasterski having to make a save. The Stal Sanok players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.A.Independiente were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tom Misaki was the one to do the kick off. C.A.Independiente's Buford Lim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ari Hakanpää in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heigo Luiga in the 54th minute of play forced Stal Sanok's goalkeeper Pankracy Pasterski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Buford Lim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cihat Cevval in the 62nd minute of play. Heigo Luiga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pankracy Pasterski came out and tried to block the shot, but Heigo Luiga slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 65th minute. C.A.Independiente's Ambrosio Ovando quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wit Wiatrak, made in the 68th minute of the game. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stal Sanok's goalkeeper Pankracy Pasterski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tom Misaki kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. A collision led to Stal Sanok getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Boleslaw Dres hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, C.A.Independiente's Jaroslaw Psikuta got a free kick in the 79th minute. C.A.Independiente's Quentin Holman was substituted for Ambrosio Ovando. 83 minutes into the match, C.A.Independiente's Heigo Luiga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pankracy Pasterski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tom Misaki got free with Pankracy Pasterski in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Heigo Luiga struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Pankracy Pasterski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.Independiente. C.A.Independiente's Justino Confesor was substituted for Heigo Luiga. When Cihat Cevval fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stal Sanok's protests and gave Cihat Cevval a yellow card for diving instead. After 94 played minutes Stal Sanok got a freekick which was hit by Cihat Cevval. C.A.Independiente played a much better game than Stal Sanok and deserved their victory. The Stal Sanok players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
