With a couple of smart ball manuevers Don Malbec in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baltazar Adán saved AGT Team from getting behind. In the 6th minute Lesardo Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryant Miles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bryant Miles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sindo Pabon, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Kaja Jamak hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Charlotte FC's Bryant Miles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Charlotte FC from getting a goal against them. Don Malbec might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Baltazar Adán. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Don Malbec ran back to his position shaking his head. With an all-out effort, AGT Team's Bryant Miles threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lesardo Moreno, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lesardo Moreno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryant Miles having to interfere. In the 22ndth minute of the game Don Malbec who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AGT Team's Baltazar Adán was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sindo Pabon in the 23rd minute of play forced Charlotte FC's goalkeeper Bryant Miles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Charlotte FC's Bryant Miles got control of the ball when Sindo Pabon tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Don Malbec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wander Suzanne in the 30th minute of play forced AGT Team's goalkeeper Baltazar Adán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baltazar Adán made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Don Malbec in the 31st minute of play. Don Malbec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 32 minutes into the match, AGT Team's goal looked a bit too open when Don Malbec came free, but Baltazar Adán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Sindo Pabon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bryant Miles, 1-0. Baltazar Adán showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Parker English in the 41st minute of the match. Charlotte FC's Bryant Miles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zinedine Benzema in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lesardo Moreno made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Parker English hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute Don Malbec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltazar Adán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Don Malbec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Baltazar Adán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Don Malbec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lesardo Moreno in the 66th minute of play forced Charlotte FC's goalkeeper Bryant Miles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Bertran Diaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryant Miles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Charlotte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zinedine Benzema came free, but Bryant Miles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AGT Team fans cheered their team off the field, for while Charlotte FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
