Grütly's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elpidio Gabrio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 93 minutes, Elpidio Gabrio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grütly and the DZ Blue players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Elpidio Gabrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ola Holmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The DZ Blue supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Grütly's performance. The match ended with a win for Grütly.
