Arın Biçim started the match with the kick off. Iron Maiden FC's Pirro Blazquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valeriu Marin in the 4th minute of play. With a little luck, CF REALCipri's Aristide Iftodi got control of the ball when Dave Murray tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 9th minute, Aurel Zeciu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pirro Blazquez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 12th minute Arın Biçim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristide Iftodi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pirro Blazquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurel Zeciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurel Zeciu in the 15th minute of play forced Iron Maiden FC's goalkeeper Pirro Blazquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurel Zeciu in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pirro Blazquez saved Iron Maiden FC from getting behind. Pirro Blazquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurel Zeciu in the 18th minute of the match. Pirro Blazquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurel Zeciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iron Maiden FC's Pirro Blazquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavian Florescu in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th minute Arın Biçim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristide Iftodi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dave Murray in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aristide Iftodi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, CF REALCipri's Aristide Iftodi got control of the ball when Arın Biçim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pirro Blazquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavian Florescu in the 39th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arın Biçim in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aristide Iftodi saved CF REALCipri from getting behind. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Octavian Florescu to make the kick off. CF REALCipri's Aristide Iftodi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Murray in the 53rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Arın Biçim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aristide Iftodi was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Steve Harris hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, CF REALCipri's goal looked a bit too open when Arın Biçim came free, but Aristide Iftodi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes CF REALCipri's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bruce Dickinson who took care of the corner kick. Dave Murray was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Pirro Blazquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valeriu Marin in the 75th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Iron Maiden FC's goalkeeper Pirro Blazquez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valeriu Marin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurel Zeciu in the 80th minute of play forced Iron Maiden FC's goalkeeper Pirro Blazquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remus Spârlea hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute Arın Biçim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristide Iftodi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in CF REALCipri's zone, Dave Murray stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristide Iftodi came out of the goal and Dave Murray tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the game, Nicko McBrain was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Iron Maiden FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CF REALCipri the free kick. In the 95th minute, Nicko McBrain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Iron Maiden FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CF REALCipri were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
