After 5 minutes of play, Zandarin FC's Dráusio Diniz made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernesto Vargas was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Sydney Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gláuber de Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Vargas having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, NEGRITUDE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kauan Leão to maneuver through the defense. Alfredinho Camargo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in NEGRITUDE FC's zone, Dráusio Diniz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernesto Vargas came out of the goal and Dráusio Diniz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sydney Queiroz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 minutes, Marinos Androulakis made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. NEGRITUDE FC's Ernesto Vargas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 31 minutes into the match, Inácio Macedo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Zandarin FC's Rogério Paraense. Rogério Paraense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. NEGRITUDE FC's Sydney Queiroz got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Júlio Salles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rogério Paraense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júlio Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernesto Vargas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marinos Androulakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Pedrinho Donatello hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The supporters of NEGRITUDE FC booed when Zandarin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrinho Donatello didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Zandarin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sydney Queiroz came free, but Rogério Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes Zandarin FC got a freekick which was hit by Cido Souza. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marinos Androulakis to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Marinos Androulakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Vargas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th match minute, NEGRITUDE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júnior Pereira to maneuver through the defense. Ernesto Vargas came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Zandarin FC's Cido Souza. But to his dismay, Cido Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After a rather tough play, Zandarin FC's Diogo Luz got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Sydney Queiroz struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Rogério Paraense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NEGRITUDE FC. Rogério Paraense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sydney Queiroz in the 67th minute of play. Rogério Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inácio Macedo in the 68th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Zandarin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Trent Alexander-Arnold came free, but Rogério Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 played minutes Zandarin FC got a freekick which was hit by Gláuber de Amorim. Sydney Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogério Paraense having to interfere. A hard shot by Inácio Macedo from long distance, 79 minutes into the match, got Rogério Paraense's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ernesto Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cido Souza in the 81st minute of play. After some careless play in the NEGRITUDE FC defense, Dráusio Diniz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernesto Vargas. The NEGRITUDE FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernesto Vargas should have stopped the shot. Rogério Paraense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Júlio Salles's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 87th match minute, NEGRITUDE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kauan Leão to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind NEGRITUDE FC's goalkeeper Ernesto Vargas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Kauan Leão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 92 minutes into the game, when Diogo Luz put in a rough tackle. Diogo Luz kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
