Real Panama CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Reggie Herrera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Vargas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Júlio Salles fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NEGRITUDE FC's protests and gave Júlio Salles a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st minute, Júlio Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Nicolás García had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 93rd minute, Inácio Macedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernesto Vargas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Jaen, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Real Panama CF's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Salles came free, but Fabio Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. NEGRITUDE FC fully deserved thier win.
