Valdomiro Luz started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Wisła Tczew's Joris Verheecke got control of the ball when Valdomiro Luz tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Misericordia EC's Joris Verheecke threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Valdomiro Luz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zico Maravilha in the 22nd minute of play forced Wisła Tczew's goalkeeper Joris Verheecke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Misericordia EC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Valdomiro Luz in the 23rd minute. Misericordia EC's Valdomiro Luz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joris Verheecke in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Paulo Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elazar Calderon in the 26th minute of play. Joris Verheecke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zico Maravilha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cyryl Skonieczny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joris Verheecke came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Misericordia EC's Valdomiro Luz. But to his dismay, Valdomiro Luz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Faustão Terra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Joris Verheecke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Wisła Tczew's zone, Faustão Terra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joris Verheecke came out of the goal and Faustão Terra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdomiro Luz in the 57th minute of play forced Wisła Tczew's goalkeeper Joris Verheecke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Wisła Tczew's goal looked a bit too open when Valdomiro Luz came free, but Joris Verheecke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joris Verheecke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdomiro Luz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Luís Amaral hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Joris Verheecke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luís Amaral in the 66th minute of play. Wisła Tczew's Joris Verheecke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdomiro Luz in the 67th minute of play. Joris Verheecke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zico Maravilha, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Joris Verheecke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zico Maravilha in the 73rd minute of play. Joris Verheecke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdomiro Luz in the 76th minute of the match. Paulo Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elazar Calderon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Misericordia EC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Atıf Tekin was slow to take the kick. During this time Wisła Tczew's players had a chance to rest. 80 minutes into the game, Pedro Luís Amaral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Misericordia EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wisła Tczew the free kick. 80 minutes into the game, one of Misericordia EC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Paulo Leão, was totally fooled by Wisła Tczew's Cyryl Skonieczny, who 81 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Paulo Leão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lech Wojtyna in the 88th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Jeremias Tinoco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joris Verheecke. Wisła Tczew's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeremias Tinoco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Misericordia EC fully deserved thier win.
