When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Loukianos Staikos took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Christiano Trevisan to make any attempt to save it. Christiano Trevisan came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by International Thunders's Tibor Bäuschlein. But to his dismay, Tibor Bäuschlein quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 10 minutes into the game, Loukianos Staikos lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Christiano Trevisan. Morro Grande E.C's Christiano Trevisan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Morro Grande E.C from getting a goal against them. 14 minutes into the match, Nichifor Borăscu notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Morro Grande E.C's Christiano Trevisan. Christiano Trevisan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Morro Grande E.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Rodrigo Ferdinand scored to the left of an out of position Christiano Trevisan, making the score, 5-0. 22 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Ferdinand lined in a short shot 6-0 behind a frustrated Christiano Trevisan. Christiano Trevisan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibor Bäuschlein in the 27th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Loukianos Staikos took a quick shot and it went in 8-0 without a chance for Christiano Trevisan to make any attempt to save it. Christiano Trevisan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loukianos Staikos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. International Thunders's Loukianos Staikos was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 39th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 44 minutes into the game, when Ronaldo Lima put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Morro Grande E.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 10-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Loukianos Staikos to make the kick off. Christiano Trevisan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodrigo Ferdinand's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Jorge Sá charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Sá the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of International Thunders booed when Morro Grande E.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Jorginho Mazza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Morro Grande E.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorginho Mazza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thorsten Ternes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Loukianos Staikos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christiano Trevisan having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Rodrigo Ferdinand put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Christiano Trevisan. International Thunders made a substitution. Percival Costa replaced Loukianos Staikos. In the 71st minute, Rodrigo Ferdinand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christiano Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nichifor Borăscu, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Gernot Kellner took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christiano Trevisan. Christiano Trevisan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. After 83 minutes of play, International Thunders's Percival Costa made it 13-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christiano Trevisan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christiano Trevisan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Ferdinand in the 87th minute of play. After some careless play in the Morro Grande E.C defense, Tibor Bäuschlein kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christiano Trevisan. The Morro Grande E.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christiano Trevisan should have stopped the shot. Christiano Trevisan came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by International Thunders's Percival Costa. But to his dismay, Percival Costa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 15-0. Tibor Bäuschlein might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christiano Trevisan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tibor Bäuschlein ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee ended the match the International Thunders players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
