After the first half Gyál United were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Mathias-Alexander Kaisersberger made the kick off in the second half. Horaţiu Petran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mathias-Alexander Kaisersberger's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Jens-Ola Boström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mathias-Alexander Kaisersberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Horaţiu Petran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69thth minute of the game Erwin Bienvenu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jordan F1 91-05's Jens-Ola Boström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erwin Bienvenu in the 70th minute of play forced Jordan F1 91-05's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Boström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Jordan F1 91-05's Celil Sahir seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Celil Sahir the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Jordan F1 91-05 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Celil Sahir had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Jordan F1 91-05's Gunnar Nilsson was substituted for Nazeer Mhlathe. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Jordan F1 91-05! When the match had been going on for 75 minutes, Gyál United's Konstantinos Kroustallis got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jens-Ola Boström. After 78 minutes of play, Jordan F1 91-05's Mathias-Alexander Kaisersberger made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horaţiu Petran was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Jordan F1 91-05's Jens-Ola Boström got control of the ball when Konstantinos Kroustallis tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Mathias-Alexander Kaisersberger came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Jordan F1 91-05 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mathias-Alexander Kaisersberger couldn't finish the play. Horaţiu Petran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mathias-Alexander Kaisersberger's shot from short distance in the 85th minute.
