An unexpectedly hard shot by Nazeer Mhlathe in the 15th minute of play forced Paranhos Ariranha FC's goalkeeper Gaspar Gilesindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Paranhos Ariranha FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nazeer Mhlathe was slow to take the kick. During this time Jordan F1 91-05's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Jordan F1 91-05's Ulrik Winström to fire away a dangerous shot which Gaspar Gilesindo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Paranhos Ariranha FC's Gaspar Gilesindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazeer Mhlathe in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to Jordan F1 91-05 getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Wiktor Hodyl hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Paranhos Ariranha FC's Cristóvão Mattos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 33rd minute, Cristóvão Mattos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens-Ola Boström was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Jordan F1 91-05's attentive Wiktor Hodyl managed to snatch the ball when Abel Maia made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. Cristóvão Mattos might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jens-Ola Boström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristóvão Mattos ran back to his position shaking his head. Jordan F1 91-05's Jens-Ola Boström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Jordan F1 91-05 from getting a goal against them. After 45 minutes, Abel Maia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paranhos Ariranha FC and the Jordan F1 91-05 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Abel Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristóvão Mattos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guo Gang Yan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Honorato Afonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nazeer Mhlathe in the 56th minute of play forced Paranhos Ariranha FC's goalkeeper Gaspar Gilesindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Cristóvão Mattos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jens-Ola Boström. Jordan F1 91-05's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristóvão Mattos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Gaspar Gilesindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Hodyl in the 67th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Jordan F1 91-05's goal looked a bit too open when Cristóvão Mattos came free, but Jens-Ola Boström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Wiktor Hodyl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Gilesindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Cristóvão Mattos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens-Ola Boström was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. 83 minutes into the match, Cristóvão Mattos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jens-Ola Boström. Jordan F1 91-05's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristóvão Mattos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Jordan F1 91-05 made a substitution. Jens-Ola Boström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. 93 minutes into the match, Stig-Åke Kinell notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Paranhos Ariranha FC's Gaspar Gilesindo. Gaspar Gilesindo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 98 minutes into the match, Jordan F1 91-05's goal looked a bit too open when Cristóvão Mattos came free, but Jens-Ola Boström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jordan F1 91-05 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Paranhos Ariranha FC.
