Bajen's Spencer Holder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Martins in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Dida Taffarel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lincoln Hand. In the 7th minute S.D. Bajen were awarded a corner. Adrian Nicolae went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 12th minute of the match, Lincoln Hand got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dida Taffarel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Alfredo Martins scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Spencer Holder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kacper Wasikowski in the 21st minute of play forced Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Dida Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lincoln Hand hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Olaf Osielski kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute of the match Moussa Kabre shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Spencer Holder showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nestor Paraibano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Spencer Holder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Spencer Holder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Paraibano in the 31st minute of the match. Spencer Holder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Paraibano in the 37th minute of play. Spencer Holder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Cano in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute Marquês de Herval were awarded a corner. Moussa Kabre went to the cornerflag to take it. Marquês de Herval's Moussa Kabre was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Spencer Holder in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 46th minute, S.D. Bajen's Lincoln Hand dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfredo Martins to strike the kick off in the second half. S.D. Bajen's Spencer Holder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save S.D. Bajen from getting a goal against them. Adrian Nicolae fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Taffarel having to interfere. The supporters of Marquês de Herval booed when S.D. Bajen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petrigai Solanos didn't get a good kick on the ball. S.D. Bajen made a substitution. Korey Benedict replaced João Rodrigo. Spencer Holder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Gaston Gonzalez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Spencer Holder made a huge save. With a little luck, S.D. Bajen's Spencer Holder got control of the ball when Nestor Paraibano tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Korey Benedict fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.D. Bajen's protests and gave Korey Benedict a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to S.D. Bajen getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Korey Benedict hit a great ball. Moussa Kabre made in the 77th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gaston Gonzalez. Dida Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vern Park, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Adrian Nicolae scored 3-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dida Taffarel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. S.D. Bajen's Sam Malone was substituted for Kacper Wasikowski. Spencer Holder made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Nestor Paraibano sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, S.D. Bajen's Spencer Holder got control of the ball when Nestor Paraibano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Spencer Holder was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nestor Paraibano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 90 minute of play. With a little luck, S.D. Bajen's Spencer Holder got control of the ball when Nestor Paraibano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Spencer Holder made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Nestor Paraibano sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. S.D. Bajen had won after a very even match.
