In the 4thth minute of the game Humberto Alcaraz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Manole Tăcutu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Firma Barnängen's goal looked a bit too open when Flávio Ţugui came free, but Rune Söder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manole Tăcutu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Alcaraz in the 8th minute of play. Manole Tăcutu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Olsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Firma Barnängen booed when -BZF- Valea Buzăului was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Avram Pascaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 19 played minutes, Firma Barnängen's Matthias Ekström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Manole Tăcutu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Firma Barnängen reached it. In the 19th minute, Costică Stoleru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute of the game Andreas Stolpe made a throw-in which Bernt Runberg played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Löv in the 24th minute of play forced -BZF- Valea Buzăului's goalkeeper Manole Tăcutu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernt Runberg made a great header on Firma Barnängen's corner, it was just that -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Manole Tăcutu managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 30th minute, Jonathan Löv got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manole Tăcutu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Löv went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Avram Pascaru hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Matthias Ekström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Manole Tăcutu. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 38th minute, Ana Ţugui made a precise shot to the right of Rune Söder. Firma Barnängen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 43 minutes into the game, Firma Barnängen's Humberto Alcaraz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manole Tăcutu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Firma Barnängen's zone, Ana Ţugui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rune Söder came out of the goal and Ana Ţugui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Firma Barnängen were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Flávio Ţugui to make the kick off. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by -BZF- Valea Buzăului's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Matthias Ekström was slow to take the kick. During this time Firma Barnängen's players had a chance to rest. Humberto Alcaraz scored 1-4 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manole Tăcutu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mark Olsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manole Tăcutu having to interfere. Flávio Ţugui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Rune Söder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Olsson in the 70th minute of play forced -BZF- Valea Buzăului's goalkeeper Manole Tăcutu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Mark Olsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manole Tăcutu was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. In the 75th minute Firma Barnängen were awarded a corner. Matthias Ekström went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Firma Barnängen's corner Matthias Ekström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Manole Tăcutu quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Jonathan Löv managed to get in a good position for a shot. Firma Barnängen's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Löv was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manole Tăcutu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mark Olsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andreas Stolpe made in the 82nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Bernt Runberg immediately put the ball in play. In the 87th minute of the match, Humberto Alcaraz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Manole Tăcutu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jonathan Löv fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manole Tăcutu having to interfere. Emilian Ţurlău kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Mark Olsson was extremely unlucky when he, in the 90th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jonathan Löv received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Manole Tăcutu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Firma Barnängen's Jonathan Löv dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. When the match was over Firma Barnängen could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than -BZF- Valea Buzăului throughout the match.
