Atlético Capixaba's Charles de Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Torres in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Jacinto Torres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charles de Brito was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 21 minutes into the game, Atlético Capixaba's Shi Tian Kuan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabian Söderström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Fabian Söderström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiliam Perez in the 24th minute of the match. Fabian Söderström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cauan Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Atlético Capixaba's goalkeeper Charles de Brito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacinto Torres. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauan Botelho in the 34th minute of play forced Haithabu FC's goalkeeper Fabian Söderström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Alessandro Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. But to his dismay, Alessandro Araújo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 44 played minutes Atlético Capixaba got a freekick which was hit by Tzonyo Moskovski. Fabian Söderström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cauan Botelho in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacinto Torres made a kick off. Tzonyo Moskovski kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. A collision led to Atlético Capixaba getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Wiliam Perez hit a great ball. Atlético Capixaba made a substitution. Otto Fesik replaced Wiliam Perez.
