An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrad Vrolijcx in the 23rd minute of play forced Ground Control's goalkeeper Jérémie Millier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 minutes Ground Control's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Conrad Vrolijcx who took care of the corner kick. Jérémie Millier had in the 42ndth minute some difficulties stopping Jacinto Torres's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball 2-1 came in the 42nd minute when Jacinto Torres all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Jérémie Millier.
