After 6 minutes of play, Haithabu FC's Jacinto Torres made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mugurel Zota was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 9th minute of the game Ulf Bergqvist made a throw-in which Abdulkadir Turay played forward. Haithabu FC's Fabian Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valiente Venezian in the 15th minute of play. Valiente Venezian received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabian Söderström came out and tried to block the shot, but Valiente Venezian slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 15th minute. After 20 played minutes Haithabu FC got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Slaghmeulders. If Jacinto Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cercadinho's Mugurel Zota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Torres in the 26th minute of play. If Jacinto Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Jacinto Torres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mugurel Zota was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Valiente Venezian made the kick off in the second half. Jacinto Torres might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mugurel Zota. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jacinto Torres ran back to his position shaking his head. Jacinto Torres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Mugurel Zota made a huge save. Cercadinho made a substitution. Jailson Mazza replaced Luisinho Vinhas. In the 58th minute, Simon Blomquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 59 played minutes, Cercadinho's Walmir Pirani shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabian Söderström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cercadinho reached it. 61 minutes in the game Walmir Pirani did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Enrique Gerber. Jacinto Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jacinto Torres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mugurel Zota read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
