Mugurel Zota came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's Gottfrid Sandberg. But to his dismay, Gottfrid Sandberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a rather tough play, RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's Hannibal Barca got a free kick in the 17th minute. RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's Dean Dams played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William de Castro in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute of the match Cercadinho got a corner. RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luisinho Vinhas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's goalie and right to He Fei Zhou. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After a rather tough play, Cercadinho's Luís Fernando Queiroz got a free kick in the 24th minute. Cercadinho's Mugurel Zota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Mouricio in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Valiente Venezian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dean Dams was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

William de Castro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Dean Dams made a huge save. RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's Dean Dams proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save RCD CARABANCHEL SAD from getting a goal against them. After having played for 87 minutes, Pascual Mouricio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pascual Mouricio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90thth minute of the game Valiente Venezian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's Dean Dams was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Cercadinho's goal looked a bit too open when Gottfrid Sandberg came free, but Mugurel Zota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 95 minutes of play, RCD CARABANCHEL SAD's Gottfrid Sandberg made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mugurel Zota was left in no man's land by his defense there! The RCD CARABANCHEL SAD manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Cercadinho to win.
