With a little luck, Hyblae FC's Corrado Contestabile got control of the ball when Kenny Ackerman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cibran Velasquez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amedeo Giancola's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 16th minute, Pando CNdeF's Elpidio Llantada dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Hyblae FC's zone, Elpidio Llantada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Corrado Contestabile came out of the goal and Elpidio Llantada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Corrado Contestabile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Llantada in the 26th minute of play. Corrado Contestabile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Llantada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amedeo Giancola in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cibran Velasquez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 34 minutes into the match, Hyblae FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Llantada came free, but Corrado Contestabile reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Elpidio Llantada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corrado Contestabile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Elpidio Llantada could shoot a difficult shot in the 44th minute, which Corrado Contestabile however easily saved by the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferruccio Festuccia to make the kick off. 50 minutes into the game, Pando CNdeF's Vitor Tejedor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Corrado Contestabile made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Elpidio Llantada scored 3-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Corrado Contestabile, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ferruccio Festuccia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Cibran Velasquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Corrado Contestabile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitor Tejedor in the 66th minute of play. Amedeo Giancola might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cibran Velasquez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amedeo Giancola ran back to his position shaking his head. Corrado Contestabile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitor Tejedor in the 69th minute of play. If Ebardo Ontaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corrado Contestabile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Llantada in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Vitor Tejedor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Corrado Contestabile was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 79th minute Elpidio Llantada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corrado Contestabile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrea Pasciu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th minute, Elpidio Llantada left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pando CNdeF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 95 minutes into the match, Vitor Tejedor notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Hyblae FC's Corrado Contestabile. Corrado Contestabile was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
