In the 7th minute, Ruben Iglesias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kacper Tobiass was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Ruben Iglesias scored 3-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kacper Tobiass, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kacper Tobiass made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Ruben Iglesias sent off a good shot on target. YerBaTerOs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ascencio Puente in the 22nd minute. YerBaTerOs's Ascencio Puente was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kacper Tobiass in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ruben Iglesias took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kacper Tobiass. Kacper Tobiass dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 26 minutes into the match, YerBaTerOs's Ruben Iglesias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kacper Tobiass narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ruben Iglesias was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 28th minute. YerBaTerOs's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Kacper Tobiass showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Iglesias, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. LUZ SS's Kacper Tobiass played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Iglesias in the 32nd minute of play. After 34 played minutes LUZ SS got a freekick which was hit by Abel Coelho. If Ruben Iglesias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Javier Maridueña hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute of the match Kiatichai Nuntanamaneekul shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Villegas Villagarcia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 44 minutes into the match, LUZ SS's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Iglesias came free, but Kacper Tobiass reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

YerBaTerOs's Lucio Bruna was substituted for Héctor Gordon. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ciro Guedes was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Andres Anguciana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kacper Tobiass saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by LUZ SS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ascencio Puente was slow to take the kick. During this time YerBaTerOs's players had a chance to rest. The corner led YerBaTerOs's Arévalo Urrutia to a score. 5-0 in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Anguciana in the 60th minute of play forced LUZ SS's goalkeeper Kacper Tobiass to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andres Anguciana in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kacper Tobiass prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The YerBaTerOs fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when YerBaTerOs's Andres Anguciana looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Loco Fondos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kacper Tobiass having to interfere. A collision led to YerBaTerOs getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Maximiliano Plata hit a great ball. YerBaTerOs's Villegas Villagarcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremy Coulter in the 71st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andres Anguciana in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kacper Tobiass prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kacper Tobiass made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Anguciana in the 77th minute of play. Villegas Villagarcia made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Ciro Guedes sent off a good shot on target. When YerBaTerOs's Andres Anguciana in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LUZ SS's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Andres Anguciana sped through LUZ SS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kacper Tobiass. When Andres Anguciana came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the YerBaTerOs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andres Anguciana couldn't finish the play. In the 96th match minute, LUZ SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kauan Pimenta to maneuver through the defense. Ascencio Puente struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Kacper Tobiass didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for YerBaTerOs. LUZ SS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
