After 7 played minutes ALIANZA 1901 got a freekick which was hit by Rojelio Daza. Alfredo Tomasini was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 11th minute. ALIANZA 1901's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With his leg Cibran Velasquez managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when ALIANZA 1901's Luis Escobar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. ALIANZA 1901 were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Pando CNdeF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nazario Ispuzua took the corner. In the 17th match minute, ALIANZA 1901 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pancho Tabernilla to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Escobar got free with Cibran Velasquez in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bieito Luzuriaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitor Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elpidio Llantada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bieito Luzuriaga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Richie Ason sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Llantada in the 39th minute of play forced ALIANZA 1901's goalkeeper Bieito Luzuriaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ALIANZA 1901's Bieito Luzuriaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Llantada in the 40th minute of play. Elpidio Llantada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Bieito Luzuriaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cibran Velasquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richie Ason in the 46th minute of play. After 47 played minutes ALIANZA 1901 got a freekick which was hit by Nazario Ispuzua. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luis Escobar to strike the kick off in the second half. Elpidio Llantada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bieito Luzuriaga having to interfere. Bieito Luzuriaga was a little too slow when Vitor Tejedor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 1-1. The audience was convinced that Luis Escobar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cibran Velasquez was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Bieito Luzuriaga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vitor Tejedor's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 63rdth minute of the game Luis Escobar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pando CNdeF's Cibran Velasquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in ALIANZA 1901's zone, Elpidio Llantada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bieito Luzuriaga came out of the goal and Elpidio Llantada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, ALIANZA 1901's Alfredo Tomasini got a free kick in the 69th minute. Cibran Velasquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Tomasini, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When Richie Ason fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ALIANZA 1901's protests and gave Richie Ason a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, ALIANZA 1901's Richie Ason got a free kick in the 72nd minute. ALIANZA 1901's Bieito Luzuriaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Llantada in the 73rd minute of play. After 77th play minutes Alfredo Tomasini shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Cibran Velasquez and just under the crossbar into goal. When Ebardo Ontaneda fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pando CNdeF's protests and gave Ebardo Ontaneda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st match minute, Pando CNdeF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ebardo Ontaneda to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, Alfredo Tomasini made a precise shot to the right of Cibran Velasquez. Pando CNdeF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Tomasini in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cibran Velasquez saved Pando CNdeF from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Tomasini in the 89th minute of play forced Pando CNdeF's goalkeeper Cibran Velasquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Pando CNdeF's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Tomasini came free, but Cibran Velasquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute ALIANZA 1901 were awarded a corner. Nazario Ispuzua went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 97th minute, Vitor Tejedor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ALIANZA 1901's Alfredo Tomasini got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
