Claudio Quiroga scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cibran Velasquez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Apostol Sokolov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitor Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cibran Velasquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Quiroga in the 19th minute of the match. Apostol Sokolov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vitor Tejedor in the 21st minute. Pando CNdeF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chico Moreira in the 23rd minute. The corner ended in Chico Moreira almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Monitor Huáscar's Apostol Sokolov did a great save. In the 25th minute, Claudio Quiroga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monitor Huáscar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Claudio Quiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 32nd minute Claudio Quiroga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cibran Velasquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. İdris Demir charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed İdris Demir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute, Elpidio Llantada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudio Quiroga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cibran Velasquez having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Quiroga in the 37th minute of play forced Pando CNdeF's goalkeeper Cibran Velasquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Quiroga in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cibran Velasquez prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vitor Tejedor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Monitor Huáscar made a substitution. Nazario Arechavala replaced Johnny Nyström. After 71 minutes, Jeffrey Van Craesbeeck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monitor Huáscar and the Pando CNdeF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jeffrey Van Craesbeeck hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute of the match Chico Moreira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Apostol Sokolov skillfully saved the ball. Elpidio Llantada scored 1-3 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Apostol Sokolov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 81 minutes into the game, Claudio Quiroga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cibran Velasquez. Claudio Quiroga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudio Quiroga in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cibran Velasquez saved Pando CNdeF from getting behind. 86 minutes into the match, Pando CNdeF's goalkeeper Cibran Velasquez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudio Quiroga. Bernardinho Bala took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cibran Velasquez. Cibran Velasquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. After a rather tough play, Pando CNdeF's Vitor Tejedor got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The supporters of Monitor Huáscar booed when Pando CNdeF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederik Cueli didn't get a good kick on the ball.
