Janusz Pusiak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven-Olof Örtendal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, 2kC Poznań's goal looked a bit too open when Boris Elg came free, but Tadeusz Rutkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Janusz Pusiak struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Sven-Olof Örtendal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 2kC Poznań. Dennis Hermansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Tadeusz Rutkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Ocean´s Eleven's Sven-Olof Örtendal got control of the ball when Tytus Dylla tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Janusz Pusiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 played minutes 2kC Poznań got a freekick which was hit by Tytus Dylla. Karl-Michael Anundsson kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

Thanks to some nice moves Dennis Hermansson could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Tadeusz Rutkowski however easily saved by the left post. 2kC Poznań's Lucjan Sokol was substituted for Ulryk Merski. 2kC Poznań made a substitution. Zachary Plaski replaced Stanislaw Kisielka. After a defensive mix-up in 2kC Poznań's zone, Boris Elg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadeusz Rutkowski came out of the goal and Boris Elg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ocean´s Eleven made a substitution. Ocean´s Eleven's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 2kC Poznań the free kick. The supporters of 2kC Poznań booed when Ocean´s Eleven was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt-Åke Lundgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Black in the 85th minute of play forced 2kC Poznań's goalkeeper Tadeusz Rutkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Lucjan Sokol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leif Ekgren charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leif Ekgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sven-Olof Örtendal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janusz Pusiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven-Olof Örtendal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janusz Pusiak in the 95th minute of play. After 96 minutes of play, 2kC Poznań's Lucjan Sokol made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sven-Olof Örtendal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Despite being the better team, Ocean´s Eleven failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
