In the 13th minute, Gunvald Mitens fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Claudinho Azevedo, passed just outside the right post. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cambotinha EC's goalkeeper Claudinho Azevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Drik's Ted Kobbeltvedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léo Souto in the 24th minute of play. Kjell Björstedt hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute Falcão Novaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ted Kobbeltvedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ted Kobbeltvedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Cambotinha EC's Claudinho Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calvin Townsley in the 58th minute of play. When Léo Souto came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Cambotinha EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Léo Souto couldn't finish the play. Ted Kobbeltvedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão Novaes in the 63rd minute of the match. Hemming Glykær fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinho Azevedo having to interfere. Léo Souto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ted Kobbeltvedt came out and tried to block the shot, but Léo Souto slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 68th minute. In the 73rd minute of the match, Falcão Novaes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ted Kobbeltvedt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 86th play minute Douglas Paulista came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ted Kobbeltvedt. 1-5. Willy Reitoft hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. It was beautiful to see Cambotinha EC's Falcão Novaes in action when he in the 93rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! A collision led to FC Drik getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Lucas Drevsgård hit a great ball. When the match was over Cambotinha EC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Drik throughout the match.
