Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Werner Colvin in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cedrick Francoeur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chuquisaca's 赵风青 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Jenaro in the 9th minute of play. Werner Colvin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Cedrick Francoeur made a huge save. 13 minutes into the match, Chuquisaca's goal looked a bit too open when Han Wei Yuan came free, but 赵风青 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Catalonia booed when Chuquisaca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Ebardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the game, one of FC Catalonia:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Werner Colvin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Cedrick Francoeur when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 赵风青 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Han Wei Yuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 赵风青 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Czeszyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kazimierz Gaszynski hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Werner Colvins short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Cedrick Francoeur to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cedrick Francoeur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Werner Colvin in the 37th minute. Werner Colvin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute Werner Colvin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cedrick Francoeur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Han Wei Yuan in the 42nd minute of play forced Chuquisaca's goalkeeper 赵风青 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Han Wei Yuan to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Werner Colvin in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cedrick Francoeur saved FC Catalonia from getting behind. Werner Colvin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cedrick Francoeur having to interfere. In the 67th match minute, FC Catalonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şinasi Ahioğlu to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute Werner Colvin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cedrick Francoeur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Angelo Jenaro came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the FC Catalonia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Jenaro couldn't finish the play. Werner Colvin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to FC Catalonia getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Bogumil Byczewski hit a great ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Arnulfo Ebardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chuquisaca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnulfo Ebardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Chuquisaca could leave the field as winners, despite FC Catalonia having more of the ball for most of the match.
