Adalberto Ecija could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Lara Guadalupi made a huge save. Gondor FC™ were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after MAGNIFICOS.FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Saša Daničić took the corner. Valério Ortiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Paul Albeanu hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 20 minutes of play, Gondor FC™'s Mino Suarez made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lara Guadalupi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute, Paul Albeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute Mino Suarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lara Guadalupi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Mino Suarez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lara Guadalupi was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, MAGNIFICOS.FC's Cristoforo Balestra got a free kick in the 41st minute. Cristoforo Balestra hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Adalberto Ecija recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
