In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Premier FC's goalkeeper Dorival Freire, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ermegildo Edorta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matthias Brandin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Premier FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Andrews came free, but Dorival Freire reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorival Freire stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaac Andrews's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Duda Velloso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Matthias Brandin made a huge save. Matthias Brandin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Duda Velloso in the 11th minute. Matthias Brandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erlin Haaland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute of the match, Bart Koekkoek tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Matthias Brandin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Premier FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 30 minutes into the match, Alexandrie CF's Wang Guang Chuan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dorival Freire narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wang Guang Chuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorival Freire having to interfere. Matthias Brandin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlin Haaland in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Edorta in the 38th minute of play forced Alexandrie CF's goalkeeper Matthias Brandin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorival Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Conceicão, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 47th minute Wang Guang Chuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorival Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Francisco Conceicão made the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Premier FC got a freekick which was hit by Dudu Gaspar. After having played for 55 minutes, Wang Guang Chuan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alexandrie CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wang Guang Chuan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Erlin Haaland came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Premier FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erlin Haaland couldn't finish the play. After 65 played minutes Premier FC got a freekick which was hit by He Ang Hong. In the 69th minute, Francisco Conceicão reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dorival Freire. The goal made the score 1-6. Erlin Haaland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Duda Velloso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matthias Brandin. Alexandrie CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Duda Velloso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-6. Dorival Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wang Guang Chuan in the 88th minute of play. Dorival Freire stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of André Franco's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. After a rather tough play, Alexandrie CF's Wang Guang Chuan got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
