Will Queraria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Dorival Freire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erlin Haaland in the 23rd minute of play forced ≮王者归来≯潇逸利物浦队's goalkeeper Johnny Ibarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marty Simpson during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marty Simpson hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Marty Simpson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dorival Freire. That made the score 1-2 in the 35 minute of play. Dorival Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Paulo Figueiredo in the 37th minute of the match. Johnny Ibarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlin Haaland in the 40th minute of play. Dorival Freire acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 47th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Anísio da Silveira. After the first half Premier FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Luiz Paulo Figueiredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 54 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯潇逸利物浦队's goal looked a bit too open when Erlin Haaland came free, but Johnny Ibarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorival Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Will Queraria in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute Ermegildo Edorta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnny Ibarra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johnny Ibarra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erlin Haaland, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Luiz Paulo Figueiredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorival Freire read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. If Luiz Paulo Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
