Matthias Brandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Martinez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Salmuera CP's Ruperto Maria got control of the ball when Francisco Conceicão tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ruperto Maria had great luck who in the 14thth minute grab hold of the ball when Isaac Andrews from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 16th minute Pablo Martinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthias Brandin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Alexandrie CF's goal looked a bit too open when Costin Duca came free, but Matthias Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Maria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Conceicão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruperto Maria came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Alexandrie CF's Francisco Conceicão. But to his dismay, Francisco Conceicão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 22nd play minutes Costin Duca shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Matthias Brandin and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fan Xing Zhou in the 24th minute of play forced Alexandrie CF's goalkeeper Matthias Brandin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matthias Brandin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Martinez, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Matthias Brandin came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Salmuera CP's Pablo Martinez. But to his dismay, Pablo Martinez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Matthias Brandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costin Duca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 played minutes Salmuera CP got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Quinto. Ruperto Maria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruslan Tikhonov in the 34th minute of play. In the 40th minute Jose Balvín shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Maria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salmuera CP's Ruperto Maria proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Salmuera CP from getting a goal against them. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

In the 53rd minute, Morten Strømnes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute Francisco Conceicão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Maria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hồ Kyhn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Matthias Brandin made a huge save. Matthias Brandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costin Duca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pablo Martinez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Fan Xing Zhou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salmuera CP's supporters rose to their feet, but Fan Xing Zhou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matthias Brandin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Isaac Andrews sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alexandrie CF's Matthias Brandin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Martinez in the 72nd minute of play. Matthias Brandin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fan Xing Zhou in the 74th minute of play. Alexandrie CF's Şehzade Özgur was substituted for Silvestre Perrando. Salmuera CP were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Alexandrie CF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Torcuato Herrero took the corner. In the 83rd minute Kiko De la Cuadra suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 83 minutes into the game, Ruslan Tikhonov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alexandrie CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salmuera CP the free kick. 82 minutes into the game, one of Alexandrie CF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 85th minute, the referee gave Salmuera CP a penalty. Torcuato Herrero looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Matthias Brandin. Alexandrie CF's Mateus Uribe was substituted for Jose Balvín. Alexandrie CF's Roland Gosse was substituted for Ruslan Tikhonov. Ruperto Maria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Andrews in the 90th minute of play. After some careless play in the Alexandrie CF defense, Pablo Martinez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matthias Brandin. The Alexandrie CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matthias Brandin should have stopped the shot. Roland Gosse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Ruperto Maria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Salmuera CP players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
