Erlend Sørby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xavier Salazar in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wu Si Xiao in the 24th minute of play forced Cadáveres Voladores's goalkeeper Ye Yan Yu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erlend Sørby took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wenzel Winter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38thth minute of the game Paz Gledden who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cadáveres Voladores's Ye Yan Yu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erlend Sørby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Salazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clay Heath in the 44th minute of play forced Cadáveres Voladores's goalkeeper Ye Yan Yu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brookes Crane got free with Ye Yan Yu in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xavier Salazar to make the kick off. Leeton United FC's Brendon Anderson was substituted for Gregory Krause. Ye Yan Yu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brendon Anderson in the 70th minute of play. Erlend Sørby breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ye Yan Yu came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Leeton United FC's Paz Gledden. But to his dismay, Paz Gledden quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Birger Ståhlman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erlend Sørby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Salazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brendon Anderson in the 93rd minute of play forced Cadáveres Voladores's goalkeeper Ye Yan Yu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cadáveres Voladores walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
