Altos Gatos FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Javier Santo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ezequiel Ugutz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Prensadito Fulbo Clu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Javier Santo was slow to take the kick. During this time Altos Gatos FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 18th minute Altos Gatos FC were awarded a corner. Javier Santo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Javier Santo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Prensadito Fulbo Clu's Ezequiel Ugutz did a great save. With a little luck, Altos Gatos FC's Christian Kiliz got control of the ball when Titan Palermo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Prensadito Fulbo Clu's Ezequiel Ugutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Corderun in the 32nd minute of play. Javier Santo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christian Kiliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Titan Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Prensadito Fulbo Clu's zone, Javier Santo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Kiliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Titan Palermo in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Prensadito Fulbo Clu's Moises Gregory was substituted for Korkutalp Bektaş. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Javier Santo to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Altos Gatos FC booed when Prensadito Fulbo Clu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Sand didn't get a good kick on the ball.
