Montesacro FC's Anthony Del Gatto quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Robin Lebleu, made in the 3rd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Lengua de Lobo's Ljubo Roginek got a free kick in the 8th minute. After having played for 8 minutes, Juliusz Julien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montesacro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juliusz Julien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lengua de Lobo's goalkeeper Edgardo Patxi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Loco Palermo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgardo Patxi. Lengua de Lobo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Loco Palermo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 17 minutes into the match, Aldo Felipo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Montesacro FC's Giacomo Casanova. Giacomo Casanova was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Giacomo Casanova made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Baldwin in the 20th minute of play. Giacomo Casanova showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldo Felipo in the 22nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Georg Skoglund during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Georg Skoglund kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Loco Palermo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgardo Patxi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Loco Palermo took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgardo Patxi. Edgardo Patxi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Montesacro FC's Giacomo Casanova played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tristan Baldwin in the 38th minute of play. Ljubo Roginek kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Edgardo Patxi was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Juliusz Julien. Patryk Dubilas charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patryk Dubilas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes Lengua de Lobo got a freekick which was hit by Patryk Dubilas. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aldo Felipo to strike the kick off in the second half. Giacomo Casanova made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aldo Felipo in the 58th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paolo Rossi in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgardo Patxi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lengua de Lobo's Edgardo Patxi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Palermo in the 60th minute of play. Aldo Felipo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giacomo Casanova having to interfere. Montesacro FC's Giacomo Casanova proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Montesacro FC from getting a goal against them. Edgardo Patxi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loco Palermo in the 68th minute of play. Montesacro FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Juliusz Julien in the 70th minute. Montesacro FC's Anthony Del Gatto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edgardo Patxi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Lengua de Lobo made a substitution. Armando Buinton replaced Rosendo Tono. Montesacro FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Aldo Felipo scored to the left of an out of position Giacomo Casanova, making the score, 3-2. Giacomo Casanova showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patryk Dubilas, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After some careless play in the Lengua de Lobo defense, Paolo Rossi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgardo Patxi. The Lengua de Lobo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgardo Patxi should have stopped the shot. Montesacro FC's Giacomo Casanova proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Montesacro FC from getting a goal against them. Robin Lebleu kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Emanuel Quintan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Montesacro FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
