The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zeferino Diegues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joseph Joestar in the 2nd minute of the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Magno Aparecido who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Litoral EC - CIMZ's Kıvanç Bengi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 5th match minute, Minho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maicon Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute Dagoberto Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeferino Diegues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magno Aparecido's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kıvanç Bengi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute Magno Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kıvanç Bengi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Minho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dagoberto Custódio came free, but Zeferino Diegues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Litoral EC - CIMZ's goalkeeper Kıvanç Bengi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Magno Aparecido. Kıvanç Bengi was a little too slow when Magno Aparecido got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-0. Zeferino Diegues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Custódio in the 23rd minute of play. Zeferino Diegues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Petri in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Joestar in the 26th minute of play forced Minho FC's goalkeeper Zeferino Diegues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Kıvanç Bengi got control of the ball when Magno Aparecido tried to sneak it across the goal line. A throw-in in the 34th minute of the game was made by Sílvio Luís Madureira with Joseph Joestar as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Zeferino Diegues came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Litoral EC - CIMZ's Joseph Joestar. But to his dismay, Joseph Joestar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 39th minute Magno Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kıvanç Bengi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Joseph Joestar made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeferino Diegues was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute, Dagoberto Custódio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Litoral EC - CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Magno Aparecido to strike the kick off in the second half. Magno Aparecido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, Minho FC's goalkeeper Zeferino Diegues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joseph Joestar. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Litoral EC - CIMZ's goalkeeper Kıvanç Bengi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Minho FC's Cláudio Santiago managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fahl Beckenbauer in the 58 minute of the game. After having played for 59 minutes, Magno Aparecido managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Magno Aparecido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 60th minute, Magno Aparecido left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Minho FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. 63 minutes into the match, Minho FC's Magno Aparecido sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kıvanç Bengi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Minho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joseph Joestar came free, but Zeferino Diegues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fahl Beckenbauer kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Litoral EC - CIMZ's André Hoffmann was substituted for Dagoberto Custódio. Minho FC made a substitution. Kıvanç Bengi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélder Soveral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 minutes Litoral EC - CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Demetrio Savini who took care of the corner kick. Zeferino Diegues was a little too slow when André Hoffmann got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 2-5. Joseph Joestar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Zeferino Diegues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Minho FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Litoral EC - CIMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
