Becos e Vielas FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Magno Aparecido scored to the left of an out of position Nuno Antunes, making the score, 2-0. Zeferino Diegues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neymar Mbappè in the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Becos e Vielas FC's goalkeeper Nuno Antunes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Becos e Vielas FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Fellipe Lago hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Minho FC's Aldo Santana was substituted for Cláudio Santiago. After a rather tough play, Becos e Vielas FC's Fellipe Lago got a free kick in the 90th minute. Becos e Vielas FC's Nuno Antunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Soveral in the 92nd minute of play.
