Acácio Lara came out of the goal and Tomasz Dziura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 82 played minutes Club Athletico Paulistano got a freekick which was hit by Zé Paulo de Senna. Fabinho dos Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Simon Högberg made a huge save. In the 87th minute Jiang Fan Yun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaw Sidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acácio Lara having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Club Athletico Paulistano's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Dubilas came free, but Acácio Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
