Dinu Dobre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half San Mauro A Mare FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Audaz FC made a substitution. Serginho Chulapa replaced Daniels Cortez. Hüsnü Kapar hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Rogério Mitovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilio Garcia in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Levent Hicran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patric Sandwall. Audaz FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Levent Hicran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 65th minute, Levent Hicran reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Patric Sandwall. The goal made the score 0-3. 73 minutes into the match, Levent Hicran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patric Sandwall. Audaz FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Levent Hicran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. San Mauro A Mare FC's Mario Jardeløv was substituted for Levent Hicran. Audaz FC's Patric Sandwall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Jardeløv in the 80th minute of play. Atilio Garcia scored 1-4 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rogério Mitovski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 88 played minutes Audaz FC got a freekick which was hit by Xoan Verdejo. The San Mauro A Mare FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing San Mauro A Mare FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
