Mean Machine's supporters rose to their feet, but Archibaldo Peñaranda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciriaco Olivar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Archibaldo Peñaranda kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ciriaco Olivar. That made the score 5-0 in the 48 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Mean Machine's Nikos Stasinos got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute Antonio Gartzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Menios Chloros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciriaco Olivar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nedim Emekli in the 59th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Nedim Emekli sped through Locademia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ciriaco Olivar. Mean Machine made a substitution. Luca Milivojević replaced Lakis Mantarinakis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nedim Emekli in the 81st minute of play forced Locademia's goalkeeper Ciriaco Olivar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Locademia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nikos Stasinos was slow to take the kick. During this time Mean Machine's players had a chance to rest. Abel Tuste tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Ciriaco Olivar. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mean Machine reached it. 98 minutes into the match, Nedim Emekli notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Locademia's Ciriaco Olivar. Ciriaco Olivar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
