The audience thought a goal was coming when Laureano Cresenciano got free with Melvin Passemard in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 4th minute Aron Olteanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melvin Passemard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aron Olteanu in the 4th minute of play forced corsaire nantais's goalkeeper Melvin Passemard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melvin Passemard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caetano Messias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Thibaut Bernadet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 16th minute Laureano Cresenciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melvin Passemard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tobias Siggman in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brun O'Down prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Melvin Passemard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 52nd minute, Laureano Cresenciano made a precise shot to the right of Melvin Passemard. corsaire nantais's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. FC BaLiSt's Brun O'Down played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yves Fuchs in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to FC BaLiSt getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Caetano Messias hit a great ball. Eugen Braniște replaced Pascual Colon. 87 minutes into the match, corsaire nantais's goal looked a bit too open when Grigore Zberea came free, but Melvin Passemard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute of the match, Yves Fuchs tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Brun O'Down saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Melvin Passemard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Messias in the 92nd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, corsaire nantais's goal looked a bit too open when Traian Nanu came free, but Melvin Passemard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the corsaire nantais players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC BaLiSt.
